We're actually looking for a new home since they raised our rent to 1130 for a 2 bedroom apartment. But we've seen TONS of other nicer places in our area (Ceres and Modesto and even Riverbank) for houses for 1000 and up. Apartments as well from 800. 🙂

Average rent here is $650 to $900 for a 2 bedroom depending on the neighborhood

Modesto, stockton, ceres, turlock, oakdale, riverbank, Sonora is in the central valley where I live.
