Sooooo the doc had to reschedule my c section and pushed it out rather than up.... it'll be the 27th now instead of the 25th... and th en she laughed and commented that she's sure I won't make it to the next week or two .... soooo if she knows this, why not schedule my c section earlier?!

Any 1st time moms who had a c-section? My due date is Wednesday. At my Dr appt today, my Dr said I'm not dilated at all. My baby has been measuring big all along, and my Dr now estimates he is about 9.5lbs and doesn't think I can deliver him naturally... so she scheduled me for a c-section on Thursday. This is my 1st baby, and I really don't know how to feel about it all.
Some doctors try to wait till atleast 37 to 39 weeks to do that. My doctor told me that he really don't like to do any cutting unless he have to. Maybe doctor wanting you to be atleast another week or two to give baby a chance to grow more our mother nature to run her course first. My OB didn't want to examine me at my 37 weeks appointment but I plan to go natural but wanted to wait till atleast 38-39 week I delivered the next day natural lol
