Well, it’s up to you. I personally would have liked to be pregnant while he was still small because, like it said it’s more exhausting now. However I do see you point in wanting to spend time with just him first. I felt that little guilt when I first got pregnant as well. And now I try to give him as much attention as he wants. Im hoping I can give them both all my attention once she comes. My biggest fear is him not understanding and thinking he’s left out or something. I’m really excited to have 2 babies though.

@orionsmomma, do you think it's better to start sooner rather than later?

I really want him to have a sibling close in age but I also want to give him enough of my time and undivided attention before there are two of them. I think 1-3 year difference is ideal for that.. @thecreatress

If I could have done it that early... I would have. I waited until my son turned 1 and it’s extremely exhausting since he’s active and running around now. I wanted my kids to be close in age as well.

I think you should do whatever you feel like you’re comfy with :) with my first I didn’t plan it but her sibling was born 4 years later then the rest of my kids are 2-3 years apart. My 2 youngest are exactly 2 years apart and they’re really close I love it
