How the hell do moms find time to work out 😩

My kids are my work out. Lol

Barely have time to work. Then once you work you have no life at all 😳

I dont work yet. Butbmy hubby andbi go after he gets off work and my grandma watches her for an hour before i make dinner.

My thoughts exactly!!!! I have one baby but my two teens and my husband take up what time I have left after the baby. Man!

Hit the total gym as soon as baby goes down for nap and/or before he gets up in the morning
