Try asking your doctor for some diclegis! Its safe and effective if the nausea isnt very chronic, as in that youre throwing up bile and cant keep even water down. Treat yourself like youre sick by sticking to a BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast) and small sips of water to train/tone your stomach and so youre more comfortable if you throw up, that way it isnt chunks 🤢. Small frequent sips/bites will help tame the nausea. I find soups and tea helpful, and also popsicles to cool things down. It helps. Also, it usually stops for most women by 14 weeks and if its extreme then 20. I had it extreme and it didnt last my entire last pregnancy. This pregnancy has been easier although i still feel pretty bad, i feel like its not going to last much longer.
