In a little over an hr i will be rolled into surgery. They just came in and told me there is a 5% chance of losing my baby. I could really use some prayers and healing vibes. I had a nightmare last night that id lost the baby. I should be awake around 3. Later if there is complications.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and just got mine out on Tuesday. Baby is doing well and hearing his heartbeat after was amazing. My first words were "the baby" ? Praying with you. Hope all goes well!

They woke me up without pain meds or anything. I woke up and i couldn't talk. I couldn't cry. This was worse than the pain after my c-section.

@marieterrell92 it was the same for me too. Took me what felt like a minute and a half to get my words out. I couldn't breathe and hadn't expected the pain. I wish they would warn you. How is the baby?

@mct this os definitely the worst experience in my life. Im still in pain and they discharged me. I cant even walk they had to put me in a wheel chair. Baby is doing ok. Hb was 153

@marieterrell92 so glad baby is okay, but I think something is wrong. I know everybody is different but while I had discomfort I was discharged 2 hrs later and an hour after surgery I walked to the bathroom on my own. Pain was under control. Two days post surgery I was already off my pain meds. The fact that your in so much pain makes me worry. Keep me updated. I'm praying for both of you!! Take care!

@marieterrell92 oh and just an FYI to avoid a horrible headache drink lots of fluids (especially electrolytes) I didn't and the headache got so bad I almost vomited. Only fixed it when I found a post op complication list and realized it was dehydration.

@marieterrell92 I should just pm you. I forgot to mention that you should sleep sitting up. Do not lay flat. The gas moves under your ribs and the pain is insane!! Hope this helps some!

@mct ive already thrown up since surgery. Im pretty much always nauseous

@marieterrell92 I threw up while I was still intibated then kept dry heaving when I woke. They gave me something after surgery for it. Once that kicked in the nausea went down to a tolerable level. Still happens but no where near as bad. Graham crackers and ginger ale have been my go to!
