I personally didn't go until they were 3-4 minutes apart consistently.

@simmiebaby well they have been accruing since 3:30 am no change in them they are about 3-4 mins apart and last about a min. The hospital said to take a shower and if they still are coming to come in so that's what imma do I took a shower and they are still here

I heard it's with the 5 1 1 rule, 5 mins apart, lasting a min long, and consistent for an hour.

@juliaschade41 I called the hospital they said to take a shower and if they are still coming then to come in. With my second I was having contractions and dilating and it wasn't painful untill they broke my water so idk lol I have a very high pain tolerance as well but imma do as they say and see where it takes me lol

@keishacrabtree.kc I don't know. My doc said I wasn't having real ones until i was in a lot of pain. You can go in if you want. They might just be Braxton hicks tho.
