Since I'm breastfeeding I have to cut out beans and spicy stuff.... and it's so hard cause I'm Mexican & I put hot sauce on basically everything. I miss eating that stuff so much. I NEED IT. 😩😭😭😂😂😂 oh the things I do for you Isabella 😘
@karinecastrejon, omg awww, yeah your baby is still a baby too!! Isn’t it so crazy how things like that work? And how certain foods you can eat affect the baby when breastfeeding? 😩😩😩
@sweet_sadie, same when I ate beans one day by accident and next day she was in pain and so fussy. I felt so bad! My food tastes so bland without tapatio or salsas 😣 and I be craving beans so much haha
@angelina_cxoxo, not personal but yea I had asked too when I went to a breastfeeding class and they said the same. But once you have your baby you'll see that it does affect them, I read that after 3 months you should be fine to eat anything cause their intestines have 'matured' or something like that but right now when they're newborn it does affect it. I've noticed it with beans, I ate some by accident. I was so hungry idk why but I totally didn't think about their being beans in my burrito, I ate half then the next day my baby was twisting and turning in pain. She'd fall asleep but wake up every 5, 10 mins crying & fussing. I went to buy her gripe water and that helped so much! She also didn't have a bowel movement cause of it for almost 2 days. Haven't ate beans since and I notice the huge difference
Omg ugh I had to cut out spicy food n cabbage too. It gives my baby really bad gas n made him super fussy
Id cut out dairy before I would spicy stuff. Dairy made my little a lot more gassy than spicy food ever has
