Any moms with tips for reflux. My 3 month old still spits up SOOO MUCH! At least an oz of formula comes out when shes done eating and then over the next hour or 2 it seems like she spits up the rest of the bottle. Shes on Enfamil AR, I burb her inbetween each oz and she takes Zantac.

She'll outgrow it. But it's basically a waiting game.

Add some baby cereal to her milk.. and they don’t always out grow it. My 2 year old still suffers from it. And feed her at 90 degrees and don’t lay her down after away.

@kkmamax2 Most do anyway, or there's an improvement hopefully. Our daughter had the worst case her pedi said she had seen in a very long time, and we even went to a couple specialists. Cereal wasn't helpful for us. It didn't make a difference.
But everyone is different.

@bhtslove, my daughter also has to see a specialist. But like you said everyone is different. You just have to find what works for your baby.

Also get a wedge from amazon place in baby crib so baby is on an incline

@kkmamax2 @mathews132 @bhtslove @callme2reesmamiof2 She sleeps in a rock and play right now next to me so shes already sitting up some and i dont lay her flat. Maybe ill take to her Pedi at her 4 month appt about the cereal
