Do real contractions necessarily radiate from back pain to front? I can't tell if these are just really severe gas pains or contractions. My stomach been rumbling like crazy, I feel like so much pressure down there like I need to poop or fart and I can't 😔just soo much pain and it's not constant it comes and goes

My contractions were like the worse period cramps I’ve ever had and a lot of lower back pain.

I actually didn’t feel my contractions in the beginning,found out I had them when I peed myself thinking it was my water. Had to get an emergency induction and after they broke my water I felt EVERYTHING until I could get my epidural.

No not always I feel my contractions at the top of my stomach which everybody thinks is weird cause I don't get back pain or lower stomach pain.
