Question.. if your 2 year old baby was coming back home from her dad's house with a burn on her chest, red spots on her body, pink eye, bruses on her leg, late dropping her off all three time, no shoes or shocks on, no coat I 44 degree weather and raining, her dad getting in your face to get what he wants, threatening you in your own home, making bills in your name and not paying you back for them, having his 18 year old girlfriend buy your daughter everything she needs instead of her dad, her dad not able to keep a job,and much more... what would you guys do in my position..??

@kai_miller then I would take pics, videos, recordings, write down dates of EVERY incident and take him back to court.

@rikki.ferguson that's what social services is here. They went to where he's staying which is always gross and didnt say anything they didn't do anything..
@kai_miller might be called something else in your state but department of humane services. They can look in to child abuse and situations like that, they can remove children from a person's home if they find an issue.
@kai_miller I'd document everything and take his ass to court for full custody. IDK if maybe you'd need to bring dhs into it too??

Make sure to document each time and take pictures, file for sole custody.
I would file for sole custody. If you suspect child abuse and he isnt providing for his own child he shouldn't have one
I wouldn't let him take him or her. Go back to court. God forbid anything serious or worse happens u will never forgive urself...call the police when he drops her off n have ur own documentations to present in court taken by the law itself.
