Any moms have reptiles? I've always wanted one.are they cheaper to care for than a dog? I think it is. My man dont want me to get one.are they a kid hazard? Need feedback lol
@johnsonarriel24 I never had a house smell like that with my dogs. Lol or my dogs behave like that. Who knows.
@jodeciafranklin I have to kinda disagree on the dog thing.I've always had a dog and I love them so much but good lord they smell up the entire house...gotta potty train n clean up pee n shit accidents. Even if I'm late coming home they break out the basement and destroy the house. Dig holes thru my yard. And shots! Omg.the reptile seem way more relaxing n exotic
@johnsonarriel24 just like you'd train any other animal
@beebaby my ex had a turtle and it was gross. But it seems as though a reptile wouldn't be as much trouble
@jodeciafranklin are u serious? By clean u mean changing they Lil woodchucks? Do u gotta bathe them?
My man and I have a bearded dragon. They're amazing but do your research
@johnsonarriel24 because dogs can just chill in the house and roam freely around and such and super simple to take care of. Amphibians are more maintenance because you need to actually know how to care for them and give them a big space to live in and keep it clean all the time and they can get depressed and suicidal. Even slam their face on the glass and such over and over
@johnsonarriel24, Just feed and water it really lol. They’re more of a pet to observe rather than play with though.
@theinkedmommy wat all u gotta do?
@jodeciafranklin maintanance than a dog? How?
@beebaby the cleaning was because of the algae water right? Or poop??
@bethann87 wat do you mean training?
@damiensmommy1117 I want a bearded dragon...
My fiance has had monitors. They can be a hazard it's important you get the lizard as a baby baby and get it used to your baby, make sure you train it properly and it gets used to fingers and interaction from your baby. It won't break skin biting as a baby but they get big fast so it's important you train it from beginning. Set up is pretty expensive too between tank and temp gauges so maybe more pricy up front than adopting a dog.
It depends on the kind of reptile. What they eat, the habit maintenance, they are definitely more work than a dog too.
They are more maintanance than a dog

This is gonna be my first, but I want 2. :)
prime time
Is there a certain age you want to be finished having children by?

So MIL wants to "borrow" DD for a while. Would you be okay with it?

Anyone want to fold all those clothes 🙄

This should be fun! I'm wanting to see all the interesting ways. ?
@johnsonarriel24 yes you bathe them and yes your clean their cage.
