This is my first I’m 3cm dilated and 80% effaced as of yesterday I had a false alarm and they sent me home They said I’m in early labor but not enough yet 😥 have any of you had an experience like this? how long till you had your baby after something like this happened ?

That same night my water broke lol so it might happen any time now
