What does it feel like when you babys feet are in your ribs

To me it feels like there's something poking up under them. And like I wanna move it but I can't. Really annoying. I try to sit up straighter and that doesn't really help. Lol

It just feel hard to breath & like i gotta throw up

Like you can't breathe and its sharp aching pain. To me it felt like a blow or a sharp scraping against my ribs
