So something most people don’t know about me is that I have problems with self image. I have since I was a young girl. For a while it got a lot better. Well ever since having my son not happy with how I look at all! I feel fat. I see myself as fat. And I know I’m not. I need advise how to knock this in the bud.

I feel the same way. I'll point at people that are actually a lot bigger then me and compare myself my husband thinks I am crazy but that is genuinely how I see myself. I'm suppose to get a gym membership this month......
