So I just got woken up to both of my legs really hurting. It’s in the back of my leg behind where my knee caps are. Does anyone know what this is? Or how to get rid of it. I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do. I’ve never had this pain before. I can’t go back to sleep

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Does it feel like cramping?
