You should take tylenol pm and benadryl is safe hun I just wouldnt take it a lot :) you dont want to end up dependent on it :)

The active ingredient in Tylenol pm is diphenhydramine which is BENEDRYL.

Drink one chamomile tea. Only add lemon or honey. You are in you last trimester so it's ok. I wouldn't want to take any pills since you're pregnant.
