I usually put mine up October 1st. But considering the weekend, i suppose it's close enough 😉

Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

Oh- and another option for the kitchen would be the handles/cabinet knobs. Changing those to something strange/fancy
