My daughter has this rash in one spot on her title cheek , can someone try to depict what it could be ? It’s not bothering her . I just discovered it giver her a bath today .

Pilaris keratosis. It's similar to eczema but difficult to get rid of. It doesn't bother the baby. My daughter has it on both her legs. Her doctor said just to continue moisturizers. She should outgrow it.
