I seriously needs some advice ok no matter how much I clean under her neck it still smells like sour…

What do you bath the baby with? I use aveeno. And after the bath and lotion I put baby powder only under her neck.

Yess cornstarch will keep it dry, i use it with my son

After bathing make sure to dry the neck completely and apply a tiny amount of diaper rash cream like desatin should reduce the redness and give it time to heal a little. Do that once a day until you see a change then stop as soon as you can.

If you use bibs make sure they're only used for short periods of time and taken away when they're wet. Boil them on the stove in between uses to kill bacteria that can influence the baby's neck healing

The cornstarch does the trick. It absorbs the moisture. I use that stuff for all sorts of skin problems.

Did you check behind her ears, or even in them? Not like the inner ear, but all the outer crevices? My son dribbled milk everywhere.
