urgent! I just came down with extreme cramping at work that has me in tears. no bleeding! is this normal? do I need to see a doctor?

not normal if its bringing you to tears. at least call

I had such bad cramping like that in the beginning. I cried too. And they told me it was probably just my uterus growing.
