Please no judgement on this post!!

I cant really help I'm not a pet lover I like animals but not at home I used to have a dog and she was my world and I had frankie and got OCD unfortunately I couldn't stand her in the front room because of hair going on him I would panic so we re homes her with brother just down the road she's so happy now we still see her and I don't have the stress she's about 9 now 🙈 xx

@danpabs5 we say that we say becarefuk and be nice and gentle Caesar and he is most of the time xx

@danpabs5 we do give him as much attention as we can but it just isn't as much as we use to give him and it's just hard our dog is such an energetic dog you could stroke him and he'll jump on the couch jump all over you and just abit to much and it's hard with a baby xxx

@hayleyf yeah my sister loves the dog I love him too but my sister doesn't have kids yet so she'll have more patient than me but I need to ask her first hopefully she say yeah x

Did you mention him going to your sister @chloemcmahon96? Could you do that on a trial basis?x

@kayteamay I have been thinking about rehome and he isn't an angry dog atal he just got to giddy and jump on couch don't think he realised what he had done but we just don't know what to do xx

If you can find the dog another home I'd do that @chloemcmahon96

No one should judge you. A dog may be for life but your baby is your life. If you dont feel safe then maybe it would be best to rehome? Its so common for pets to get jealous when a baby arrives

@hayleyf no your not judging and yeah I do admit he has had less attention but it's normal cos we had new born baby now I can't just lie with him for hours and just stroke him we're gonna look online I think when my partner gets home from work and have a talk about what we want to do cos I don't want to get ridbof him but sometimes when you get to home looking like that I feel like it in the moment xxx

The only other thing I can think of is either speaking to a vet for some advice or doing some research online on ways to change the behaviour. The only thing that comes to mind is that your dog is doing it for attention, maybe feels left out since you had the baby (please don't think I am judging you when I say that!) xx

@hayleyf he gets wakes every day at a park when my partner comes home and he's such energetic dog he can about 6 walks a day and still be jumping about... it is very hard we give him 4 toys and my partners socks which he is obsessed with when we go out... he's been left for like 4 hours on his own before and never done anything but now I was out for an hour and he done all that just can't keep taking it :( xx@suzannecamilleri26 we leave our dog in the kitchen too but still manages to ruin everything I just don't understand and don't know what to do anymore xxx

Omg @chloemcmahon96, I really feel for you. I have had worries for a while about how my dog will react when my baby is born. I know you must be swamped and tired and I'm no expert but is your dog getting enough walks/exercise? Also, my dog used to tip her water bowl up when she was a puppy when I went to work, is it worth leaving an item of clothing of yours and maybe even babies when you go out? Your dog must be stressed to do this so would that maybe help? X

Not one person should judge u it's what animals do my cat used to shit behind my tv in the front room now every time we go out we lock them in the kitchen,as my cats would sleep on the sofa n I hated it hope u sort it out soon hun xxxx
