How does it feel pushing baby out ? I don't know if I'm do it right

A lot of pressure but you will be numb I'm thinking so not so much but they will help you all you have to do is remember to breathe and push when they tell you hun,you got this 💕✊🏾😊

Feels like your having a bm its best to do chin to chest grab and grab behind your thighs

its feels like a relief like when you been holding your bowel movement and you finna can go
