About a month ago I prayed for God to help me eat healthier an have a strong support system. An a few weeks ago I got an email from the church I attend taking about small groups we can join. I browsed through them an one caught my eye "MADE TO CRAVE" not looking in depth about the group only liking where the location was because of the convenience. So I attend my first group last Tuesday, an guess what?!?!? It was a small bible study on how God helps us with managing food an how to lean on him for the tough times while trying to loss weight. Basically a support group with Christian woman on weight loss or management!!!! Isn't God amazing💕

God does hear us an does move mountains. That was a huge mountain he moved for me!!
