My mommies that use walkers: In your opinion; did it seem as if, the walker hindered the baby's ability to learn to walk on their own?? My daughter stands for long periods and is able to take a couple steps and still maintain her balance. But, she wants to roam everywhere and do everything and it's taken a toll on my back to hold her hands while she "walks" about our home.
@sheri-z, yeah definitely! Moderation with everything! Gives you some mommy time while she scoots around! 😍
@allisongarrett51 I think I'm going to give it a try, but just for a short amount of times during the day.
@mathews132 some of my mom friends recommended it; some don't. I guess I just shouldn't leave her in it for too too long.
@mommiesaremagical14 yes, I'll probably just have her use it for a short while, so I can rest my back little bit. My back went out once, it was horrible I had to call some ladies from my church to help me take care of her that day. Even to help me into the shower, it was that bad.
@embracemthrhd2 that's what I'm thinking I might have to do, I only have her use it for a little bit in each day.
@birdknees79 Oh man. I don't want to delay her in anyway. But my back is starting to give out, so I don't know what to do. Perhaps I let her use it for a short while during the day while I catch a break.
My daughter had walkers and jumpers, everything and walked at 9.5 months still
Half my kids used a walker and half didn’t....they all started walking around the same age 🤷♀️
I didn't have a walker for my DD but I did have a floor Jonny jumper I put her in every once in a while just to keep her occupied so I could get some stuff done. In my opinion I don't think they should be used as a source of teaching them to walk and they shouldn't be left in them for long periods of time I look at them more as a toy.
I only put my daughter in her walker to feed her lol otherwise she's crawling all over the place in standing up on her own and walking along furniture. She is only 8 months tho.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
This girl on my fb is 8 weeks pregnant with her first child and she said she felt the baby 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️people these days 😂😂😂
So.... Karen still isn't walking yet she just refuses to 😤😤 she can stand by herself but won't walk unless she holds my hands even then she like walks with her chest out like she would be in her walker. Help?
Rant!
My sitter used cottonelle wet wipes on my baby! Now she has huge rash!!! I totally get that my SO forgot to put the wipes in her diaper bag. But she could have told one of us and we could have brought her some or she could have went to the store and I could pay her back. I don't get it. She buys her clothes and toys, takes her places while I'm at work. The store is literally a 5 minute walk from her house. But she decided cottonelle wipes are ok? Ugh. Rant over.

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
The walkers where you sit them inside hinder them. The ones they have to pull up and push are no problem. My daughter used that and walked by 8/9 months.
