Had my Dr appointment today and I'm dilated to 1cm. So my question is how can I get baby girl to move things a little faster?

@ljsmommy22 dang! Idk how much effaced I am he never said but I know I have to be some for me to be 1cm. I wish I could go that quickly but I know I probably won't. I really just want my water to break on its own lol
Walking and sex. I went from 1cm 60% effaced to 5cm 80% effaced in three days
@mrs.monk13 lol well I don't see my Dr again until 2 weeks from now so my plan is to start walking everyday and I got a yoga ball that I'm currently bouncing on to help. Maybe even some sex. Lol hubby is always down for that but she is literally so low it hurts to turn back and forth in bed but I'm willing to try about anything right now
@keishacrabtree.kc, best of luck I went to the doc Friday 3cm went back today zero change and I was doing anything everything possible to push it more but mines being stubborn
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
