So my daughter we’ll be 2 months in a week, it’s so surreal still like I’m a mom😭 💕it’s been a little tough w her sleeping schedule & breastfeeding, I stopped breastfeeding when she turned 3 weeks, it was just not working out for me or her. But I felt like everyone was so hard on me because I didn’t breastfeed her, they would tell me so much crap for it. I would cry 😭 but it doesn’t get to me anymore, I know breast milk is so much better for them but it just wasn’t working out & life goes on! Has anyone gone through this or am I the only one lol 🙁
Oh well if you choose to do something for your baby that they don’t like they can say whatever they want your the momma.
@mamasrae, aw & yes my baby just wouldn’t latch on and she would cry because my milk would hardly come in. It’s mostly his family that has the most to say😒 because my sis in law breastfeeds her soon so they like expected me to do the same!! But it’s like not every baby is the same!
Yes I have, my daughter is a premmie and my mother in law kept getting on me bc breastmilk is better than formula she just wasn’t latching on and my milk wasn’t coming in and I felt like I was a bad mom but we just moved on and my baby is healthy so that’s all that matters
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
I’m so happy I’m done breastfeeding. It was so much work and causing unneeded stress that when I stopped, I felt so much better. I could bond with my daughter with a bottle as well, I hate how they push breastfeeding in the hospital cause sometimes it’s not always best. 🤷🏻♀️🙅🏻
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
So much negativity
I feel like there's so many negative comments on here...

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
It still makes me sad 😞
