How long did y'all wait to take your little person to the zoo ? Or any family activities?

Waiting 2 months

My family tradition is at least 2 months. It's a family thing.

Yesterday I took my kids to the children museum and a couple of women had there newborn babies out around a lot of kids. A lot of germs everywhere. One lady said her baby was 2 weeks old another a week. To soon if you ask me.

And 2 months but just around close family after. I'm really strict when it comes to my newborn. Washing hands, no kissing and a blanket over them when holding the baby.

@ninaberrygood15 2 weeks ?? Oh no. I'm so afraid of germs and something happening to my baby 😣 I can't. Yeah I'll wait a few months too

I want to take my daughter's when they both kind of know what is going on and remember or know when they go to school so I thought like ages 3 and 4. However, I did take my first daughter to a toddler indoor amusement park, swim classes, an aquarium when she was 1yr old and able to move on her own. She had a blast, but I do not think she will remember it

@tholliswilliams those were in Phoenix, one was in Tempe. :) there not too far away in comparison to another state.

@kami24706 really !! Do you know of any other events ? I just now realized you're in the same state as me 😂😂

@tholliswilliams of course, what kind of events would you like to know about :) I know some Halloween ones are coming up and there are other events throughout the year that I know of as well.
