How long does it take after switchin a formula to see change??😏
@db413, he was rly bad on the other formula omg☹️☹️☹️☹️cried alot
@dmgraham06, we are using dr browns too!! They are the best
@emiliasmommy15, oh and we also changed bottles. We were using avent now we are using Dr. Browns, which I believe have also helped.
@emiliasmommy15, my daughter was on the similac pro sensitive at first. It is very foamy. I tried to mix it gently with a mixer and let it sit for awhile and it still was super bubbly. I tried Sams Clubs version of the gentle which is comparable to the similac. It's no where near as bubbly. She's doing great on it. But, every baby is different. Finding the right food for your baby can sometimes be a bunch of trial and error. Why it can be so frustrating.
@emiliasmommy15, he will for a few days if not a week depending on how bad it was on the old formula.
@db413, he is a bit....but still has his screaming moments
It will take a couple days for you to notice a change. He should be a little more content if he was fussy because of the gas.
@dmgraham06, we just switched my son from similac sensitive to gerber soother and also we are putting gerber soother probiotic drops w the first bottle each morning bt he has only been on it since yesterday so thats why i ask how long does it take, cuz he has gas issues 😔😞😞
No. Nutrimigen for my son. And a different gentle formula for my daughter. My doctor claimed that with my son's allergy he would have a hard time breaking down the soy also. Instead of large protein blocks, my son needed itty bitty protein blocks in order for his digestive system to break them down.
I switch formulas all the time and I don't ever see a change
When we switched my son's formula, when we found out my son had a milk protein allergy, it took a solid 2 weeks to notice a drastic difference. It did get better little by little everyday. In our circumstance my son's gut needed to heal to feel better. Our doctor said it could take up to 3 weeks. If your baby is dealing with a gas or reflux issue you will probably see results instantly. We had a gas issue recently with my daughter. Changed formula and her bottles and we noticed a difference right after that first bottle.
Good luck. Finding the right food for your little can be so frustrating.
Honestly I noticed in one day! No more spit up and no more gassy/fussy after a feeding!
