When should I worry about my son's diarrhea after getting his 18 month shots? He got them Thursday and today started having basically liquid in his diapers. Since about noon today, he's had 6 and 3 times it was alot...like leaking out of his diaper alot. Sorry for the visual lol

@gnelle okay, and if it goes longer than the 48 hours should I just call his doctor then? I don't ever remember him having diarrhea after any of his shots but he did get his flu shot which he got last year on this time but that was it.

Be sure he doesn't have a fever and and he would need plenty of Pedialyte this should last for maybe 24 to 48 hours top
