The last two weeks I have constant diarrhea. Nonstop, all the time. It is to the point I now feel like I am going to start my period. Pretty sure *that* won't happen until after I pop. I have done evrything the Dr recommends: fiber increase, fiber gummies, more liquids (mostly water, some gaterade or powerade, and an occasional tea or Pepsi), Immodium AD if it gets unbearable, cut most dairy out (not all as baby needs the calcium to build healthy bones). I have even changed the amount I eat at each meal, which wasn't much to begin with because I get stuffed really easy anymore. What else can I do to stop the runs (which should then stop the period like cramps?)
