my sons still young. he watches his elmo show and his two movies mulan and moana. he watches it periodically throughout the day.

he had a drs appointment yesterday and his pediatrician said limit to an hour.

because later in life it may cause adhd/add.

sooo now that’s stuck in my head. but i don’t know if that’s even a thing, i have to research it.
