When my little girl had a red bum we thought it was nappy rash and it wasn't.when GP had A look he proscribed this cream. We could see the difference in a day and it completely cleared in 3 /4 days. It's some sort of steroid cream but it worked wonders. The cream had to be held in a fridge and every time we used it my baby loves it lol as it cooled her down down there. It might be worth asking if it's suitable for your little boy? Xx

It really helped her as we didn't know if it was a rash or thrush ...etc. gp said that this cream helps few different issues. Xx

Ps neither did matanium or bepanthan helped us.

Maybe try sudocrem.
