We move every 3-8 months, so I guess I can take core classes and maybe find a filler (animal behaivor?) until we settle in one place.

Start with your local colleges and go from there. I know a lot of technical programs do require prerequisites to get in but it's usually just your basic core classes. All in all just do your research before you commit.

I would see if they do in the state your in now and go from there an also see if they have hands on in other state you travel too as well
