Oh wow that's strange but at least they weren't alarmed by it and suggested Benadryl. @lexy0610 I'm sure your relieved somewhat but still wanna what and why.. maybe allergy testing for food nuts dairy seasonal. Or find out which she is best to have it done

Calyssa had something similar just a few months ago and the doctor didn't know what they were, we brought her to a chronic disease specialist an all test came back negative we were told to give her Benadryl it didn't seem to help that much but they did end up going away a few weeks later @lexy0610,

I agree with @smith0217 could be either one. Call telehealth or take him to the nearest walk in clinic just to be safe @lexy0610 ..

Oh poor baby.. Maybe bed bugs or spider bites? Are they hot to the touch and itchy?
