Feed or not to feed my 4 month old when she wakes up at night(usually once)? She always goes back to sleep after I feed her but the pediatrician says not to feed her so that she learns to go back to sleep on her own.
My son is 13 months and still wakes up for a bottle at night. It’s getting earlier and earlier in the night, but he’s still getting it
@joannaa. Always follow your gut doctor's can be wrong too 👍
@king_julienne, thank you! That's what my gut tells me too.
Feed her. She's too young and you guys will get a routine eventually.
Too too young...my daughter is 8mos and still. Night feeds just once.. she also barely has her eyes open so especially if she just eats and goes right back to sleep... She can't self sooth yet.. Doesn't happen til 6mos sometimes later..if she's waking now she's genuinely hungry.. Growth spurts happen alot around this time too

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

Waking to feed?
My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
