I'm pretty sure I'm going to get induced next week or n 2 weeks! Because my blood pressure is always high today they said if it didn't go down they was gonna induce me today! I am 1cm now do u guys think if they induce me it will make things faster because I'm already 1cm!?!?

@kcamps, yeah test me 2 times for that if u have preeclampsia it has 2 be over 115 ! N mine is 98

Well yes, it’ll make things faster, that’s the point of being induced is they are making you go into labor. But it sounds like if your blood pressure is always high you could have preeclampsia, which is dangerous for you and baby.

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? Is it true that the law has changed about u can't have a baby before 39 weeks unless it's something wrong because my doctor told me this today that they can't induce me until I'm 39 weeks and that's with me having mild contractions and all And I'm 6cm

@gabriela_duque18, well that’s good they are keeping an eye on it! I hope it doesn’t get any higher, I’ve never experienced it but I wouldn’t wish it on anybody
