I feel it too but I don't think my cervix is thinning yet I've been feeling it once in a while since 12 weeks but then again this is my 3rd I'm having so many pains already

I didn't know the stabbing pain was cervix thinning, that's good to know! Mine feels like "lightening crotch" is that the same thing ?
