Please help I'm 28 weeks now and starting daily to get lower back pain has anyone used a gym ball to help with this or anything else ??
@sandrabouwhuis_13, my midwife said just put a little cold water in it as well so it's not too hot where the baby is x
I used to carry my hot water bottle around work with me, it's the only relief I could get x
@natalie.louise89 oh it's on and off just on one side too I've got a heat pack that helps but it's more at work when it hurts 😓😓
I had lower back pain from 22weeks to 25weeks having hot radox baths seemed to help and plenty of rest, I don't get it now "touch wood" 😁😂
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
