What do you Mommies do for Sinus Congestion!! I'm sipping on Herbal Tea Sampler that I got from Walmart but I really want to know what else can I do to loosen the mucus!?

What helped me a lot was warm water and salt u gargle it and it loosened it up and helped me with my cough and to talk again..

It does!!!!! It clears your nasal passage but make sure you only use filtered bottle water. It’s unsafe to use tap water. 😊
