Ok mommas, what are some good remedies or medicines that help with a runny nose and cold? My poor baby's nose is running all day!

What's up with these nose bleeds? Never experienced this!
Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃
