HELP!
3 weeks EBF and I’m dying over here... my nipples hurt so much it’s not even funny, I almost cry when my daughter latches and now we’re going through cluster feeding ... any tips to help with pain relief? Preferably something I can do on a low budget.. TIA!

They have creams that help. Can't remember what they are called but you can find them just about any where.

Your own breast milk put on after each feeding and make sure your baby is latching correctly
