Just a little rant. So my ex, the father of my 2 year old, has a new girlfriend. And guess what? I have absolutely NO problem with it but it seems like every one else does and thinks I should too. But I don't. His family is constantly talking shit about her to me and even some one of his friends (more like aquaintance) likes to talk shit about her every time he comes into my work. I work at a truck stop so this guy comes in to buy an energy drink before work or some beer on the weekends. I personally have no problem with her. She has not shown me any disrespect or made me think she mistreats my daughter. I feel like his family doesn't like her because they want him back with me bit that wouldn't happen even if he was single. We had too many problems that we tried to work out and couldn't. But when it comes to the problems his family is on my side and says he was in the wrong but I've dropped it and gotten over it. We aren't getting back together and that's that. But sometimes I have this coworker who asks me "but doesn't that make you mad" When she knows that the knew girlfriend had posted a picture of herself with my daughter online and I'm just like "why would I be mad". I didn't expect or even want my ex to stay single after we broke up. And if anything I'm actually happy that this new girl spends some time bonding with my daughter. The pictures on Facebook are all silly and happy. Why would I be mad that she makes my daughter happy? What would be the other option? That she mistreats my daughter? Is that supposed to be what makes me happy? It's not like it has effected my relationship with my daughter and I have no worries that it will. She is still a mama's girl and only sees this girl when she goes to her dad's one night a week. I don't understand why everyone wants me to hate her.

You're such an Awesome Ex & momma!💜 I think that's how most people are towards their exs
new SO after a breakup and especially more with a child but it doesn't always have to be like that. It is what you make it!
