Ok it shouldn't hurt so try to see if baby is latching correctly and yes its exhausting every 20 30 min fedding but its all worth it just for get to eat and if you neex help ask your family because right now five min shower or ten min nap mean alot.

At 7 days I have to tell u it will get worst before it gets better so around day 30 don't give up even though u thought day 7 way bad bc day 365 will b so amazing and all worth it. Some thoughts Would u rather wake up leave ur sleepy crying baby in bed walk to ur kitchen measure formula, pour water go back half sleep and feed ur baby or just flip a boob out? Would u rather carry around ice packs in ur diaper bag and fresh water or flip a boob out? Would u rather waste money on artificial man made stuff or use what god gave u? Would u rather let others care and feed ur baby or make sure ur baby knows his mamas heart and where his grub come from? Would u rather get in the car and take baby out diaper bag like your moving and go shopping or just flip a boob out. Would u rather waste money on bottles or flop a boob out? Would u rather worry about your babies health bc of nutrients or feel confident your babies antibodies are strong and a slimmer chance of sickness bc of mamas good milk? Would u rather waste more time preparing ur babies food or would u just let ur body prepare it as god intended and spend more time with ur baby. Sorry I know it's long. I'm just saying when people tell breastfeeding is hard I'm just like 😲 no all these things are much more work then just giving ur baby boob and letting ur bodies work together as god intended. Don't make it harder than what it is. People say pain is beauty well essentially it is it can hurt at first bad latch engorgment, cluster feeding, teeth biting later but in the end it's actually really beautiful.
