My little man hates tummy time. Help? I don't know what to do to make him feel comfortable during tummy time..

@believeinbuddha @miniwolfe He only likes it when he's on his dad's chest. If he's on mine he falls asleep. I've also tried the pillow but after a minute or so he will start crying. His dad comes home at 11pm, he gets a bit of tummy time with him, then we feed and bathe and put him to sleep so he really doesn't get enough tummy time.

My son hates it also. Only way he isn't cranky is if he does it on my chest or has the boppy pillow under him

Have you tried doing it while he lays on your chest and you're at a slight recline? Do that then recline more and more until you're laying flat eventually. My baby liked doing that from week one and she's got lots of neck control now
