I want to gauge my ears too but my husband has his gauged super small and his look weird without the earrings in lol so I'm hesitant. But I love the look

If I can leave them in all the time it's no big deal. Just to clean them

I love my gauges and not hard to clean at all. I clean mine in the shower or baby wipes
