Was anyone's little one late on walking and how long? My daughter is a premmie, any advice would be great.

How old is she? All children develop differently. If you are a little concerned, I would bring it up to her pediatrician so they can evaluate if she's delayed. My daughter ended up having a developmental delay. She didn't crawl right away and didn't walk at 1 and she just turned 3 and is still not walking but she ended up having a genetic disorder which is the reason for her delay but if you think it's serious, bring it up to the pediatrician. We as moms always know in our gut if you think they are behind. Hope she starts to walk soon 💖

My preemie started walking at exactly 1 year

My son waited until he was about 14 months old to walk which is the longest doctors will wait because they start looking for something wrong

@serrao_angel, yes, she'll take like a couple steps and sits down if we try to get near her she sits down she doesn't want no help lol

@chibiytino, okay I'm just being I know impatient lol I just want her to walk already

@mamasrae, do you have one of those toys where they can stand up and try to walk with? My oldest was a 29 weeker

Every child is different ..my son is 10m about to be 11 on 27 he crawls and stands up for a couple of seconds just when his on top of the bed . Just give it some time :(
