Craving ice means your low on iron, I was addicted to eating ice then turns out I was anemic. Let your doctor know because it's bad for your baby but mostly you

My dr told me craving ice was actually a form of pica!! Apparently me , you , and 100+ other pregnant women are missing something in our bodies ! 😩

@torimommy1 I never had that as a craving. Until now! It has to be the cubed ice though lol
