What can I take for a sinus infection over the counter?

For me the best thing in the world that helps almost instantly is alka seltzer cold.

I take it twice a day.

An INFECTION needs an antibiotic. A stuffy nose -- Nyquil Day Time for colds always works for me. Tylenol Sinus, too.

Unless you are pregnant....then it's a diff ball game.

I use a sinus rinse! NedMed I think it's called. It feels weird but it definitely helps flush out those clogged sinus cavities!
