@tieasha Going to make a group like habits quitting/troubles ttc or something for support and no judgement or anything.. anyone wanna come aboard?

I was smoking before I found out I was pregnant and I was 10 weeks when I found out and stopped smoking and my son is a healthy 7 month old now and I was also drinking alcohol before I found out @tieashabush

@alaina090, imma just quit cold turkey but I also heard it wasn't good to quit smoking because the baby will have withdraws but imma ask my doctor Monday at my appointment about smoking

@tieashabush, it was hard for me at first but eventually it just started making me sick I think it's just the habit is the worst thing to try to kick

@brittany_s, 3 weeks that's damn good. Imma have to find me something to do to replace the smoking.

I was the same way. I hit one and it made me sick! The smell makes me sick. I quit cold turkey.

@tieashabush try both of those it will take the urge of you wanting to smoke and the ecigarattes has none of that stuff in it but still will allow you to blow smoke just not inhale wat u inhale from real cigarattes

@cieracooper26, yes I have a habit of smoking (been smoking for 4 years) and I've cut back to one a day but I haven't smoked one in 3 days until today and it just made me sick like immediately after putting it out. And no I haven't tried the gum or ecigarettes.
